Is Collabo.ink really free?+
Yes. Bring one artist onto Collabo.ink and your account is free for life. No subscription, no annual contract.
What does Collabo.ink charge per transaction?+
A flat $9.90, added to the client's payment. Never a percentage. The same on a $50 deposit and on a $5,000 sleeve.
Why a flat fee instead of a percentage?+
Percentages punish you for charging more. A flat fee means as your work grows, your share grows with it. Collabo.ink's stays flat.
Who pays the $9.90?+
By default, the client. Flip a toggle in your settings to absorb it yourself instead. Your call.
Where does the $1 referral go?+
To the artist who brought you onto Collabo.ink. Every booking you take, forever. If no one brought you on, it stays with Collabo.ink.
Do clients mind the fee?+
For $9.90, your client gets a real booking system, a deposit guarantee, a chat history, and aftercare. It's lower than most service fees they see elsewhere. The ones who ask appreciate that you're not the one charging them.
What if I never refer anyone?+
You still get full access. The referral gets you Pro features — advanced analytics and priority support — but the core booking tool is always free.
What are the Pro features?+
Advanced analytics (revenue charts, cohort data, booking trends) and priority support. Unlock them by referring one artist.
What about studios with multiple artists?+
